You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of receiving an incorrect item. For all other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We will refund your credit card or PayPal account within 10 business days upon receipt of the products. Please allow 1-2 business cycles to see the refund on your statement. We highly recommend returning the products through UPS/FedEx to track and insure the shipment. EcoPalm is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We reserve the right to refuse used products.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Or contact us at [email protected]. We'll notify you via e-mail and process your return.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost based on the selected products size, quantity and the shipping address. Please review your order total including shipping cost before placing your order. Your orders will be shipped within one to two business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment email with a FedEx tracking number. You can use this tracking number to view the estimated delivery date and track the package on www.fedex.com website. Click here to view estimated time for FedEx ground shipments.
